Intelligent Air replaced my 20-year old HVAC system 3 years ago. I have been very happy with the choice to use them. I have them come every year for preventative maintenance, filters, etc., and have been very pleased with their customer service and professionalism.

Our existing dehumidifier died and the original installing company declared it non-repairable. We got bids from several companies for a replacement, all reasonable, but we selected iAir because they are referred by the Aprilaire site for dehumidifiers. It was a very good choice.

Of course our very old AC went out on the hottest day of 2025 (so far)! Scheduling a call with Charlotte was about as easy as easy can get. Micheal called and said he was running AHEAD of schedule and asked if he could come earlier than the appointment. Of course we said yes, he was great.
