Mike is always extremely helpful and kind. We appreciate how quickly intelligent air comes out when we have any issues or need our filters changed for our commercial space/salon.

I-Air is knowledgeable, professional, and people oriented. Very detailed and explained what would be done, and exceeded expectations! Their technicians were on time, friendly, and didn’t waste time. The whole experience was appreciated!

Intelligent Air replaced my 20-year old HVAC system 3 years ago. I have been very happy with the choice to use them. I have them come every year for preventative maintenance, filters, etc., and have been very pleased with their customer service and professionalism.

Our existing dehumidifier died and the original installing company declared it non-repairable. We got bids from several companies for a replacement, all reasonable, but we selected iAir because they are referred by the Aprilaire site for dehumidifiers. It was a very good choice.

Of course our very old AC went out on the hottest day of 2025 (so far)! Scheduling a call with Charlotte was about as easy as easy can get. Micheal called and said he was running AHEAD of schedule and asked if he could come earlier than the appointment. Of course we said yes, he was great.

Amazing! We’ve used Intelligent Air for several years now servicing a complicated infrared heating system at the studio and they’ve come through every time with fast, efficient and friendly service. They’ve saved us several times when we needed last minute help fixing something.
